No, I completely disagree with your assumption. IMO it was dropped on them on the eleventh hour by the farminee. I can't see MEO would have accepted such a condition up front, especially if they had been informed of the delay that it entailed. Do you really believe that MEO wanted to conduct a CR in such a hurry? There are too many aspects of this farm-out that point to the farminee stuffing this up.
