I live in Melbourne and have not spoken to a single person, who can put their hand on heart and say, they believe Dan won't lock us down again. He can't help himself, and if, as per the rest of the world the cases go ballistic, he will lock down. Our only hope is if the so called independents revoke his emergency powers, but given they are labor lite, that's unlikely.
