I highly doubt that is the case. It was clearly announced they want it back. I would say this was old news that was left in the annual report.

If not then its misleading.

Also highly misleading and should be rectified ASAP by ASX and ASIC, along with QMN is they stated in HRs retirement notice that 'the JORC gold ounces have increased from zero to 525,000 oz.' I see nowhere that this is the case and this could be quite an issue if a shareholder bought into QMN based on this statement. From memory it was around 320K mark. With the in-house legal council you would think this would have been read and checked.
