I don't know whether anyone can explin the vagaries of the market for any stock.
The issue with this stock atm is like any other, with limited income and seemingly uncertain future income streams.
I am a holder, and accumulation at this level seems like a good bet to me. That's why I and others are buying right now.
I'm sure the RM & directors are burning the midnight oil in the company's central West Perth with the aim of producing a very viable company with substantial recurring income from deals which are yet to be consumated. Perhaps this will happen soon. I believe that it will.
Therefore don't try to be academic with this one. Just let it be and enjoy the future.
