Bottom pickers are a rare comodity. Trying to pick an absolute bottom has caused me to miss out on many good bargains over the years. I am happy to average down on what I consider a good investment, trade the swings a little and use the trading profit to bring down the average price.
CER seems to me to be a great stock to do this. Remember it holds expensive and valuable real estate that will continue to earn good profits despite the debt.
