I am attracted to CER, because I know that Real estate is always a good investment. I have seen it lose money and seen it make money over the years.

Shopping centres are not usually knocked down and replaced by housing ( other way around).

I assume that the centres are located in good areas of growth, that they have income that is greater than expenses. and that my board of directors is aware of my concerns, about the share price and will do everything then can to make me happy.

I do know one thing that If I was cashed up, billions of $$ I would take over CER, simply because the price I would buy the centers for would be less than the replacement costs.

I love buying something for 10 % of its real value, so hang in guys, it will turn around. the amount of money that is being pumped into the World economy will stimulate spending, the problem then will behow do they slow it down from overheating. Then I will get out.
