would be interesting if any research done on frequency of dilutive funding and % salary swallowed by CEO/management against SP performance.
in this case multiple dilutive funding rounds, highly% assigned to salaries, long term decline in SP. Question is what's the fix to get SP moving again? saving a couple of mill in salaries and converting to performance related share options and getting FDA approval with the money saved on high salaries would be my preference and better use for shareholders money.. Of course one can get comfortable with big income every year with limited risk.
