never had an issue with CEO salary that was vestedin except this company REALLY stands out like a sore thumb.
all the cheerleaders are hoping, yes please wait, yes MC will go up, blah blah, the SP does not lie after 4 years, any value by strategic would have been picked up long ago the low skin in the game, etc, etc TIME FOR A CHANGE. this management should be quietly set aside to save the $1.8m salary and other 6 figure salaries from other executives (this is not large pharma) and use the share holder money into the clinical/regulatory trials streams for accelerating FDA approved asap when SP will finally increase exponentially at this inflexion point and meanwhile whynot hire a part time CEO med tech guy/lady on a lower salary and give them plenty of share options to manage this process until we get here, cannot see that harming SP
