water aquafiers came up dry at dharoor valley

I recently(2010 sponsored water drilling well by an NGO) had a discussion with an Engineer who tells me that recently around the area that has been earmarked for drilling by Horn Petroleum lacked water and lacked productive formations of caps and seals.

Further, the area has Igneous rocks or rather Magmatic outcrops that had crystallized into hard formations and drill bits will have tough time penetrating with a possible DRY WELL...mmm the estimted 90 days will be difficult to attain.
