late January ...you would think the lastest is 31 Jan. Possible result will be out on Monday. This doesnt mean the result will be announced on Monday. Wonder if this will affect the sp.

How long does it take to get to council approval stage if found sufficient water? If not what other water supply option? Anyone has any idea to these questions?
