I think DERM got it fairly right with the way it dealt with the CNX issue.

It didnt over react and now all tests have proven clear and the farmers allegations and abuse baseless and the stock has continued unharmed on the whole.

Unfortunitely for CXY it was where the lesson was learnt for DERM in dealing with these situations. Unfortunitely for CXY holders now that DERM have gone in boots and all at the begining it has to continue on that way or they will be made to look the fool!

Looking at things retrospectively you would have to ask what really was the proven problem or issue here?

UCG? Contamination?

It cant be, the results wont back up those claims.

So what is the problem?

Politics? CSG land grab? Uninformed and vocal farmers? Sabotage?

Take your pick at the last few imo.
