for the record i might also add that i don't know for certain if their is a 6 week exclusion or "black out" period. I do know all directors are subject to corporate governance and must not use their position for personal gain. I would presume Executive directors of any sort would be punished or scrutinised more severely by the regulators but wether the law or guidelines are actually different for then as opposed to Non-Executive directors i am unsure, but wouldn't have thought so.

If anyone does have any reference on this i am more than interested.
