Nothing personal goldilocks, my post is self explanatory and actually offers to help out your cause of proving wether this recent director activity is untoward or not.
As i've stated i do not think the director is outside the asx listing rules but i make this general statement;
if a reasonable person was to believe strongly that a director was outside the listing rules and knew they could find out for sure by calling the asx regulator, but instead that person typed a (what another may deem) sledging comment on the director on a web forum and seemed to have no real will of finding out the truth by calling the asx regulator then another reasonable person MAY come to their own various assumptions as to what the intention of the post MAY have been.
