The annual report to be released in August, by the time it gets into my postoffice box, it is old news. It is relevant for TAM to post an update now.

There is precedent, in that they have given a monthly production update, as i recall, they told us they were 150 ounces ahead of budget in one of those updates.

A Director recently purchased more shares, ahead of the quarterly report to shareholders for Quarter end 30 June 2008 and ahead of the full year financial result for year ended 30 June 2008. He is an executive chairman, so its a relevant point. Best practise corporate governance is usually that directors are prevented from trading in the securities 6 weeks either side of a statutory announcement.

I am not suggesting anything untoward at all , just raising a point of clarification.
