I agree with you. They have been gradually accumulating GDO at about 53 cents since 16 May hoping they can sell it into the offer at 55 cents. Last week they upped their holding from 5% to 6%.
Also, I checked out their major portfolio holdings. They are not afraid to take positions and then sell.
Let's hope they can get a big bonus from their BOW arbitrage holding.
