    Thanks for that info. Their investment in GDO certainly wasn't for arbitage reasons.They have been buying GDO consistently and recently increased their holding from 5% to 6%.

    I have a feeling they like BOW for investment/takeover reasons and not for a short term arbitrage. We will find out before too long.
