What I am interested in is if we get any new announcements between now and Wednesday 14th.
Since I unexpectedly seem to have recently acquired a quite a few shares, (Not in the top 20 shareholders, you don't need many, I thought i better try and understand what the company does. T
October 27, 2022 Placement announced in conjunction with an LOI to form a Joint Venture in Direct LithiumExtraction Clean TeQ is in discussion to expand itsDirect Metal Extraction capabilities into Lithium. The Company has entered into a Letter of Intent (LOI) to form a Joint Venture to fund and operate the Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE) company. The proposed partners include: Computational Geoscience Inc, a subsidiary of Ivanhoe Electric (NYSE US: IE; TSX: IE); and XtraLiT Ltd, a high-tech Israeli company with a patented lithium sorbent, who bring complementary skills and expertise to the intended Joint Venture. ( If this works, well a ten bagger, as they say. That magic word Lithium. So green)
September 30, 2022 NematiQ signs MOU with Schreurs & Sons for Groundbreaking Water Recycling Technology (I bought share in CLQ in 2017 because of it's shares in Nematiq, and ASX:SER. Only recently bought back into CLQ.)
August 9, 2022 Clean TeQ Water Secures Option to Acquire Rapid Dewatering Technology to Solve Mining Waste Issues (The ATA™ technology was developed to provide a safe and low-cost mine tailings treatment process by rapidly separating water and solids to produce stackable tailings and recycled water.) (This really interests me. Went to a CLQ event about 3 years ago and met a guy from the Philippines doing his PHD at UNSW on tailings. Tailings as we all now can be a major problem )
11 May 2022 Clean TeQ Water Awarded Contract for Bore Water Treatment Plant in Northern Territory. The contract has atotal value of around $5 million. The design phase has already commenced via a Letter of Intent (“LOI”) signed in March 2022 and the planned date for practical completion of the plant is the 16th of December 2022. (Could be good if it works. I heard on RN breakfast the NT Gov has $150m to spend upgrading water.)
