    Yes, we have all heard this before.

    But the interesting thing is why no contracts? Why does it take so long? Why is that we have to wait for the Brisbane Contract first? Is it because of the joint venture with Brisbane water? or is it because something is wrong? Why the promises and not deliver? why the wait that is what I say.

    I think time will tell but it is getting awfully long. Will see, will see!
