Why dont you ring the company and ask them? Seriously. Call Peter Jermyn and ask him what the hell is going on?
No doubt he'll spin a story about Ansearch but push him on water. He doesnt actually know, that's the reality. He is so hands off on the Water side.
While you're on the phone ask him why they dont just sell the rest of the medical loan book (approx $500,000) instead of raising equity.
