water:pipe the water from the north west

re:xenophon water coming the wrong way(from the murray/darling),we need to pipe it from the W.A rivers to turn australia into the food bowl of asia & the rest of the world.

the only way we can produce more than we consume(surplus)as resources dont put us in the black often enough(see the goverment budget since 1970),we cannot continue with welfare 42% of government spending.

need a pollie with vision & backbone(where?)to get this done.

what would it cost?unsure but we should use the future fund($61b) to pay for it,great investment for the future generations.
