Hi Troms, thought the company would know where they are getting the water from, doesn't mention anything about getting it from a river. Sounds like they are going to harvest it from "surface water harvested in the project area".

So this doesn't seem to be from a river, suppose one would need a licence for that and also an environmental impact study.

Perhaps the workers can go for a swim in the river to cool off, as long as someone hasn't drained it.
