This seems to me as if the overly optimistic predictions by Bloomberg (previously) may never materialise. Yes there will be a significant increase in Oil production in the U.S.A. but not the sort of "pie in the sky" estimates the mainstream media bandied about 12 months ago. There simply isn't enough fresh water to waste on Hydraulic Fracturing.

Which then comes back to the need for INCREASING ENERGY EFFICIENCY. The Yanks are so slow on the uptake...

Globally there will be an increasing need to produce Electricity using the LEAST amount of water due to water scarcity.

I believe our BlueGen units can produce electricity using 98% less water than a Coal fired power station?
