The silly thing is where I'm at is the dam is at 15% and the river below the dam has stopped running due to there being no inflows. The greenies spat the dummy because the river wasn't running and so they released some water out of the dam for environmental flows. Lucky the dam was there or else the river would have been dry a long time ago.
