On the bright side mustpow thinks we have a pot of gold, if only we can secure that pesky water supply. Of course, he has a point that you can't run a mine without adequate water. He is standing on the soap box with a megaphone and a big piece of cardboard around his neck saying "the world will end, there is no water....", and we are saying "actually we have enough water from a couple of sources, and are negotiating for more from another".
Mustpow's main criticism is and has long been about the water. One conclusion is that he hopes to make his "pot of gold" by selling water. A couple of others are that he is short, or hopes to reduce the price in the short term to buy later. One conclusion that I can't arrive at however is that he thinks the resource is poor.
