This is the recommendation report submitted by LCK to IESC in 2021. At that time, the South Australian government was provided with information. However, IESC could not give advice to EPBC at that time because of LCK's project was not a conventional development. The EPBC was reformed at the end of 2023 and finally passed in April or May 2024. The new water triggered this approval. If mining is required, IESC must give scientific advice before the Minister of Environment can approve it. After the South Australian government received the advice in September 2021, LCK changed its name to NRZ and started this project. Was this suggestion positive at the time?
