First thing is that just because the earth has warmed does not mean it is because of Co2.
People are falling over straight there.
A theory has been stated to be a fact by the ipcc. This is what i am questioning.

Redux their is co2 in the atmosphere absorbing energy. And there is also less water vapour globally. It has to go somewhere. NOAA seemed concerned. The water vapour article from them is above.

Remember the doctrine of the ipcc that there is an amplification effect. You need water to do that. And with that extra trapping of heat the OLR decreases.

The settled science has us believe that with all this extra ghg and water vapour due to the amplification process that there will be less longwave radiation escaping the atmosphere and thus adding to the worlds temperature. And that sounds very probable

Now using the same theory but the opposite of that is that less ghg and no amplification means that more longwave radiation will be escaping to space and thus not heating the planet.

So using the science of the IPCC it is thus easy to conclude the empirical data from NOAA showing less water vapour which is our largest ghg by a mile steadily reducing. This is confirmed via a direct correlation of the OLR increasing.

So now i can only conclude that there is a problem with the IPCC theory or with NOAA's data.
