    you have hit on something that truly annoys oil people - almost no one complains about the price of water per liter but have the world price of oil, largely set by OPEC go up, and every aussie oil person is a criminal - oh well just dont get me started on beer and wine.

    recognize too that water has little government tax while petrol is about 50% tax
