Yeah Cap raising was also going to come, the present uncertainity is obviously reflected in the low sp but def should be higher then 2c, if water is the only concern. Saying that, people are starting to see the potential, look at the volumes lately and the SP has just cleared 1.4c. 1.6c here we come.
