Thanks Croser, it has been a hard road to get here, paying my deposits on the woodlots, some having loans against them to be paid, then paying the 6 monthly management fees etc., and then after 15 years........when you were expecting your 1st tree sales cheque to come through (even though it would be less then 1/3rd of what the PDS predicted), you find yourself in this situation....with what, who knows?
