If that is the general 'buzz' then expect that not to be true. I doubt that they'd let their intentions known to public. A creative way to low ball QIN if anything.
Not long until end of month now. Im expecting more voltalitity on the QIN threads. A couple of first time ever HC posters on QIN.
Recent QIN announcements would suggest a recap is likely on the cards. That's the story I'm seeing unfold anyway.
