    Once again i disagree HT - water is the absolute core requirement for any agricultural enterprise -why do you think farmers constant refrain relates to water and the lack or oversupply of?

    It seems you have a paucity of understanding of the key factors undermining agricultural industry - suggest you read a copy of The Land or two.
