90+ % aussie population live near the sea, standard desalination plants are power hungry. so why not use wave power for both power generation and fresh water supply.
costello stated today that desalination is way to go for australia, these desal plants that WA have/building have to high a price tag to build and operate.
Carnegie have rights to build Ceto plants in southern part of world, large populations in africa, indonesia and south america not to mention eco conscious aussie govt's with money to spend.
I think this share will reward any invester in not to distant future
