waterford group - a tough long term investor, page-2

I just noticed that the announcement said:

"Jupiter has also entered into two Converting Loan Agreements, one with Waterford and a second with Soyuzneftegas Limited (SNG), an unrelated and unassociated party"

Soyuzneftegas is named as the second largest shareholder, behind Waterford, in Emerald Energy. "Soyuzneftegas became a shareholder after selling its interest in Syria's Block 26 to Emerald"

Unassociated, but 'holding hands'?.

Anyway, both companies appear to be long term investors with a history of past multi-bagger holdings :). No wonder the sp is recovering rapidly atm...
