I think we need to see what the bigger plan is and what the new crew are bringing to the table. I do not think they are in this for a few cents and they would not waste their time if there was not serious money in it (what they would call serious money).
Time will tell but I'm expecting this to unfold with more than block 31 in the picture, otherwise it does not make sense for the new players to be here IMHO.
With the added dilution, we need to see added value to the projects in one form or several forms.
