I should clarify my above post. It is "sometimes" possible to pick up a few tid bits of the tails of the big boys.
In this case I would need to do a proper DD + financial projections for best worst and in the middle scenarios.
The Kroupeev group most likely believe the underlying resource is what Mljet may have suggested. But there is a lot more to an investment than the presence or otherwise of a resource.
