Yes absolutely. It can be a thankless job I'm sure, people are going to hate you no matter what, and you won't get your way most of the time. Incredibly annoying profession for sure.
Tighten up the travel rorts a bit, I like the idea of them stumping up the cash then asking for reimbursement, instead of being handed a blank chequebook.
At the end of the day, I'd rather have them well fed from the public purse, because if they are not, then they will find somewhere else to feed. It's just human nature.
