Firstly, sqe is making every attempt to say Lilac = Waterleaf. Waterleaf is a subsidiary of Lilac and has been set up due to the very different properties and characteristics (such as concentrations) of the different Lithium sources. Remember that every different brine will need its own flowsheet designed for each specific brine due to its composition. You simply cannot equate Lilac to Waterleaf and assume that one project is the same as the other. If Waterleaf need to demonstrate the commerciality of the other project, they will need to demonstrate the flowsheet at that project, with the associated brine…..as has been demonstrated at Kachi.

Secondly, the article sqe is basing all of his commentary on is dated July-22…….before the final results from the Kachi Demonstration Plant proving the commercial aspects of the Kachi DLE flowsheet - based on the Kachi brine. Remember, the only component of the Kachi DLE flowsheet that needs scaling to be at final commercial size is the size of the tank module (at 1:3 of final commercial scale in the Demonstration Plant).

Trying to pick holes in a different project, located in another Country, based on a very different brine is attempting to make very tenuous links to try to talk down Kachi. The FUD crew will try anything to promote their narrative! Points for effort……but not much else.
