Seriously though you both have good points.
The only downside I see with FCLPA is in it's liquidity. Now if you are playing with small trades no problems, but if you are accumulating a decent sized stake then FCLPA may not be too good if you need / want to unload
FCL doesn't have that problem, but also didn't pay a divi this year whereas FCLPA did, and a good one at that.
So it's all horses for courses.
