As always tthe small man has missed out. First it was 35 million shares at 20 cents now its 20 million shares at 40 cents .The ASIC should have investigated the delaying o f this annnouncement. I for one will be instisting that they do so .All shareholders should be entitled to priority stock no matter how small.The company should have kept less stock for themselves instead of actually increasing the amount from their original statement .All shareholders should ring ASIC.
