mmm the centre piece for this cooking extravaganza is a 80% rtc seasoned stuffed chicken .. cost about $3.60..
ok watso could have done it in the oven with vegies - to have roast chicken and roast vegies .. but watso did not do that ..
anyway, watso previously announced (in a hc press release) that he had bought plenty of tomatoes ..
also previously watso has mentioned something about POACHED CHICKEN..
anyway, watso put the chicken in the pressure cooker, diced up about 1.5kg of slimy, fermenting tomatoes ..then covered with water ... and added that to the chicken - and then SLOWLY and at low setting .. brought it all to a high temperature, then fixed the pressure cooker lid - and cooked at high pressure for 10 minutes .. anyway the plan is that watso will have a tasty cooked chicken and a perfect base for a vegie soup ..
mmmm just had a taste of the tomato/chicken broth liquid - which will form the base of the vegie soup - and it sure tasted good .. indeed watso's mouth exploded .. (otherwise known as MOUTH ORGASMS)
