watso has been found guilty, and has been oredered to provide community service for gdalles. the court has ordered watso to provide reading material to gdalles, because no one seems to be interested in the stock (better check the figures, before watso posts mmm $4500 worth of shares traded 130 minutes - so obviously no one is really interested in this stock - so watso has to provide reading material)
gemma43 has hit the nail on the head - and this is a bit of a hobby for watso. however, as gemma43 states, she cannot understand why some poster is so keen on this stock. just to put things into perspective, watso has looked at some other stocks, that have been mentioned by psoters on this thread. take pastel for instance (remember him - the new holders of gda, would not know him) - but he was into brumby - and watso had a look at brumby, and gave it the thumbs up, as being worth a punt - and stated so in the brumby threads. another poster here is keen on mxr - and watso had a look at that, and has made a few comments about the stock, and has mentioned something along the lines, that it was worth a punt - but for this stock it is unbelievable that is worthy of any warm fuzzy posts.
watso had a look at a course outline, when he still had his teeth, and his hair, and it seems that high school students, who studied accounting (yes, that is high school students, not university students who studied accounting 100a, and 100b), learned all about cash budgeting. watso has concluded (- disclaimer - dyor - as watso might be wrong) that gda has all but run out of funds. time is money, as the management contracts that gda have, which cover admin costs etc etc, are still in force, even if gda are in the process of preparing a prospectus (as indicated by some poster), which watso thinks is for a public issue). the costs of the prospectus issue, plus the "time is money factor" would probably eat into all of gda's available funds.
what confuses watso, is that if a high school student , who studies accounting, knows about cash budgeting, then why is it that gda (which is not managed by a high school student), has left it to the last minute, to try and raise funds ????????????????. wothout knowing the exact ins and outs of everything, watso would suggest that the company could have tried to raise funds, in the previous 5 months within the 15% rule.
watso's view is that gda have run out of money (after taking into account that "time is money" and the costs of a prospectus), and wonders why the company did not take steps toaddress the position a long time ago. it may well be that the company could not get sufficent suppor from "sophisticated investors" (or whatever they are called)
who knows, but maybe the "preparation of a prospectus", as indicated by another poster on the gda thread, could be to shareholders, and the issue price could be xxc, instead of a public issue
DISCLAIMER
watso's thoughts only. dyor. watos only throws his thoughts into the public arena, and it is for others to decide. watso does not hold the stock , could not care less if it quadruuples in price - because untill such time as the company can give an indication that it might have a resource, which justifies the share price, hen it is nothing more than a gambling stock
well, that should give gdalles something to read, while the share price drifts
better find the sentiment buttion, and click onto "sell" (watso's thoughts only)
