watso rummaged through the fridge - and looked for some meat to cook in his solar cooker ..
mm mmm mmmm found 1.8kg of blade steaks @ $14/kg = $25 .. butt with 40% rtc was $15..
watso was scratching his head in disbelief - and wondered why he paid so much .. and concluded that me must have been drunk that day (easy to reach that conclusion - as watso is drunk every day ) ..
anyway this morning watso diced up about 2kg of onions - as well as the steak ..
the plan now is to sauté the onions, add the diced steak - along with curry paste blah blah blah blah - then put into the solar cooker .. and should all be cooked by the end of the day ..
temperature of 43C expected today .. a good day for some solar cooking
