I hold RSG and VUL and am trying to work out the possible scenarios. Can you please give me your thoughts on the price action of these stocks next week as you seem to follow them closely. Given that we don't know the deal come offer from PDN, whats your thoughts on a possible offer price for RSG's 83% of VUL. As they acquire 83% will we have to sell our shares at what ever price they offer RSG. What if this price is lower than the close before trade was halted. Where to from there. With PDN controling VUL and RSG ending up with a lot of cash whats your perception of the future for these companies.
