lol lol the difference between instant oats and rolled oats .. watso has no idea .. has read about it in the past - but has forgotten ..

but hey .. watso is into thermos cooking .. and instant oats are too easy .. watso likes a challenge

for what it is worth, but when watso was in woolies - he did a price comparison

lol lol generic woolies rolled oats and quick oats - $1.40 for 750 gram (ie about $1.90/kg)..

in all fairness - not bad value .. watso also bought 1kg of generic milk powder for $10

anyway 100 gram of oats mixed with some milk powder - and there is a good feed - and at a bargain price ..

there are not too many things, which are good value these days - but well priced oats are good value
