the other day watso grabbed a packet of kangaroo from the freezer to defrost .. mmm watso thought it was kangaroo mince (which did not make sense really) and thought he would make a savoury mince of some sort ..
anyway watso had already diced up several ( 6) onions .. then found out that watso had defrosted kangaroo steak ..
anyway - watso diced up the steak, and then tossed that in sauteed onions .. and then let the imagination run riot..
mmm
.. a few packets of instant soup - which contained corn and other goodies
a cup of tawny port
a tin of anchovies
a couple of packets of instant noodles
a good helping or tomato sauce
chilli powder
a bit of extra water as required
the whole lot tasted really good .. but it is being finished off in the thermal cooker now - so that the meat will be extra tasty /tender
