    Hi everyone,

I justwanted to share some of my research into KZR that I have not seen discussed on here.

As you allknow KZR acquired its Castlemaine Project (100%) in June 2018 for “minimalexpense” after Liongold dropped it in 2017 for failing to meet stipulatedVictorian Mines Dept expenditure requirements. (ERA Report, 2019)

The CastlemaineProject is made up of two tenements (Granted EL006679 (70km2) - Wattle Gully &EL006752 application (218km2)).

Wattle GullySouth – application EL006752 (218km2)- A second exploration licence (EL006752) has also been applied for coveringfurther 218km2 with both tenements overlying major sub-parallel faults containsimportant fault areas to the south with potential for further gold mineralisation. The tenement application over Wattle Gully South, covers areas which have thepotential for extensions of important structures (fault lines) known to bepotential hosts for gold mineralisation.

The main goal here is Wattle Gully and it definitely has exciting prospects at depth. However, the company has brought up inmultiple announcements that they have high hopes for the Wattle Gully South tenement(218km2). I am of the option that this tenement application will not be granted, and if it is, it will be substantially modified/reduced.

I spoke with Mark Carter who is the secretary for CBA, in one of his email he notes that KZR is well aware that it will be another 6-12 months before they know an outcome.

"Our committee member Karen Baker hasn't heard any more since the first letter Kalamazoo sent. The Chewton Bushlands Association objection subsequently went in in May last year and in the reply we received they said: "An application containing Crown land,..., may need to address requirements of the Native Title Act 1993. Subsequently, it may take approximately 18-24 months before a decision is made. When the application is determined you will be advised of the outcome."We don't expect to hear any more just yet as it is only 12 months.“Further action” may well be appropriate when we know the 'outcome' but that will depend on what it is."

I located a letter from the Chewtonbushlands association “Objection to the granting of Exploration LicenceEL006752” in May 2018

Other things of note that I have found that are significant include the LIONGOLD REPORT 2014 which details issues with the Chewton deposit and data collection (the 200+gb that KZR now has). Dr Simon Dominy who was one of the geos that signed off on the INITAL JORC resources at Castlemaine Chewton deposit (2008). He also signed off as Competent Person for the “Annual QPR for the Chewton Gold Project, Australia for the Year Ended 31 March 2014”. After reading this report it becomes clear why LionGold let the project slip through.

I have attached a link to the 174 page report for your reading - http://www.liongoldcorp.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/09/LGC-FY2014-QPR-CGT-Chewton.pdf

To save you some time I have highlighted a few parts.

This refers to the ASX announcement dated 2 June 2008 - Inital JORC Code Compliant Resource of 686,000 oz at Castemaine.

I would like to hear what others have found and their thoughts. Sorry for the poor formatting, not much time to post this morning but hopefully this is a good starting point for the new thread.
