Having been to China the word Australia (Àodàlìya) or New Zealand (Xīnxīlán) is incredibly powerful. I mean I was having food at a small cafe in rural China and they all knew when I said where I was from. Beautiful country and clean were the exact words.
Those naysayers don't really understand the brand position AU/NZ have in China. Add some good management and decent products and that's the recipe. The likes of AU8 trying to pass of cheap generics as premium this is doing it the wrong way imho. BUB, WHA, A2M, BAL are doing it the right way.
Positive tailwinds, regulatory thematics and general global growth means no real losers here.
