Assuming it's legit I don't see it verging on ASX rules.
On the other hand, assuming it's fake (which at face value, I believe it to be) it's certainly using ClearVues copyright material illegally and that's a concern.
Poor reflection on the company if either is true. Hope they get this sorted.
