People seem to under-estimate the importance of a captain. Not many are cut-out to be a captain, and Steve has performed that duty unbelievably. Until his form really does drop off and he starts losing matches, Steve Waugh should remain as captain. I don't believe this rubbish about leave while you're on top. No leave, when you are no longer good enough to hold a spot in the team.
