Is your expectation really so low as to suggest our company directors have no control over their own company?? They are not victims and I wish people would stop painting them as such!

It is MY board of directors, YOURS and OURS. They are answerable to us. They're not your friends. They control your money and ought to be held ruthlessly accountable for that. It doesn't mean crucifying them for the hell of it, but when criticism is warranted of those who control your money, threats to withdraw your money ought to be encouraged.

I agree the directors deserve kudos for bringing the company so far. It does NOT give them carte blanche to do as they please. I'll consider giving them carte blanche AFTER they've made me rich - not on a pinkie swear.
